Dr Vivek Vinayak Talaulikar

Dr Vivek Vinayak Talaulikar is a senior healthcare leader with over two decades of experience in hospital administration, healthcare strategy, and institutional growth. He has played a key role in building and managing high-performing healthcare institutions across India, with a strong focus on operational excellence, clinical service expansion, and patient-centric care.

Prior to joining Max Healthcare, Dr Talaulikar served as Chief Operating Officer at IHH Healthcare, where he was pivotal in strengthening operational performance and leading strategic expansion initiatives. Earlier, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Gleneagles Hospitals, Mumbai, where he successfully led the hospital’s clinical and operational development for over five years.

Dr Talaulikar has also held leadership roles with Sterling Addlife India Pvt. Ltd. as Executive Director and Group COO, and with Fortis Healthcare Limited, where he served as the Facility Director at Fortis La Femme and contributed to the development of key institutions including Fortis Malar Hospital and Fortis Hospital, Vasant Kunj. Earlier in his career, he worked with Apollo Hospitals International Ltd., Ahmedabad, and Guru Nanak Hospital, Mumbai.
