Dr Sanjay Mehta

Dr Sanjay Mehta, Director - Hospital Operations & Chief Operating Officer (NCR Region 2), is a senior healthcare leader with nearly two decades of experience in hospital operations, healthcare management, and healthcare delivery. With a strong clinical background and specialised qualifications in hospital administration, he has been instrumental in driving operational excellence, service quality, and patient-centric care across leading healthcare institutions.

In his current role at Max Healthcare, Dr Mehta oversees the operations of BLK-Max Super Speciality Hospital, Rajendra Nagar, Max Super Speciality Hospital, Shalimar Bagh, and Max Super Speciality Hospital, Gurugram. Prior to this, he was a key member of the commissioning teams for BLK-Max Super Speciality Hospital, Rajendra Nagar, and Medanta Mediclinic, Gurugram, where he played an instrumental role in their planning, launch, and operationalisation. He was also a part of the core team that drove the operational turnaround of BLK Super Speciality Hospital during 2012–13 and played a crucial role in its integration with Max Healthcare in 2019, contributing to a seamless transition and enhanced operational performance. Over the years, he has held several leadership positions in hospital operations, driving organisational growth, operational efficiency, and service excellence across these institutions.
